Although already a mighty force in Germany and Austria, Ansa Sauermann may still be somewhat of a discovery to a few folks here. After touring Switzerland for the first time in 2024, the Dresden-born, Viennese-by-choice now returns to play the airy, sunny stages of Zermatt Unplugged. Ansa Sauermann, who can turn his voice to anything from snooty and devoted to balladic and really loud, has already wrapped Element of Crime, Charly Hübner, Faber, Steiner & Madlaina and countless concertgoers around his finger with the stories he casts in music.
