Cam

United States

Cam is the first ever leading contemporary exponent of country music to perform at Zermatt Unplugged. The American artist, who grew up in rural California, had her breakthrough in 2015 with the album Untamed. She received a Grammy Award nomination for the track Burning House, which appeared on said album. Cam, whose real name is Camaron Ochs, has also composed music for Miley Cyrus and Sam Smith. Surrendering to this music, absorbing its intimacy, values and traditions, allows us to participate in a universal beauty that we encounter all too rarely in our hemisphere.
