Dekker

Restrained guitar playing, a refined, gentle voice, epic songwriting: this magical mélange is what Dekker's all about. After growing up in the USA's Midwest and making a name for himself together with his wife Ruth as the indie folk duo Rue Royale, the musician and his family moved to London, and from there to the European continent. In 2020, he joined forces with Berlin-based drummer and producer Stefan Wittich to launch the Dekker Project. The songs created under this banner have not only been streamed over 30 million times, but have also graced Netflix series. Embarking on a major tour of Germany in 2024 with his third album Future Ghosts, Dekker does the honor of visiting Switzerland and taking a side trip to Zermatt Unplugged.
