Fish on the Mountain play traditional folk and country blues with their own contemporary lyrics and messages: how do we cope in the wreckage of this world? Released in 2024, the album The Pace of These Times deals with the loneliness in which we fight battles and the recurrent despair that overcomes us. But there's also something comforting to be heard, and it's heartbreakingly orchestrated in the American tradition of old-time music from the 19th and early 20th centuries.
