A legend sets our festival ablaze: Herbert Grönemeyer. Drawing inspiration from the concert series mittendrin – akustisch, the artist takes the stage alongside his musicians to delight audiences with newly arranged, unplugged versions of the greatest hits from his most successful albums. Celebrating thirty years since Unplugged Herbert, his iconic 1994 recording at Berlin's Studio Babelsberg where Grönemeyer made history as the first German-speaking artist to perform for MTV Unplugged, the superstar now follows up with the October 2025 released Unplugged 2 – Von allem anders. This is not simply a best-of album, but a lovingly crafted work of carefully arranged songs that includes a rendition of Mensch and the new song Flieg. After dazzling audiences on grand stages during his current tour, Herbert Grönemeyer is set to deliver two truly extraordinary up-close, direct and intimate shows in Zermatt.
