Gypsy Jazz, also known as Jazz Manouche, originated in France during the 1920s and 30s and remains as beloved as ever, even 100 years later. Gypsy Jazz lives on! In Innsbruck, for instance, the collective Hot Club du Nax was formed a few years ago, carrying with its name the spirit of an Innsbruck bar across the Alpine arc. The musicians bring both standards and original compositions, evoking profound emotions: beautiful sadness, boundless joy of existence, and nights filled with dance. We look forward to the catharsis of truly grand feelings.
Pop-up locations will be announced shortly on the festival app.
