Soul Family has been performing standards of its genre at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club for 17 years. This crowd-pleasing show is fronted by singer Natalie Williams. In London, the charismatic formation has had the privilege of collaborating with such legendary musicians as Amy Winehouse, Jamie Cullum, Emeli Sandé and JP Cooper, to name but a few. Soul Family has several formats on the go at this year's edition of the festival: in addition to celebrating icons of neo-soul, it also pays homage to Motown and Philadelphia Soul, as well as to other retro classics, and joins forces with Vanessa Haynes – who is not only known as a backing vocalist for Van Morrisson and Chaka Khan, but also as the frontwoman of the acid-jazz band Incognito – to revive the spirit of the great Aretha Franklin.
Access only with Unplugged Pass. As space in Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club is limited, we strongly recommend reserving a seat for CHF 40.- in advance for (limited number).
