Ok then, thought Josh and Sam Teskey and their friends Brendon Love and Liam Gough, if we've been making music together for so long, we might as well record an album. They released their breakthrough album Half Mile Harvest in 2017. They released their second album Run Home Slow in 2019, a strictly analogue production recorded to tape on a Studer A80 – a product of the engineering artistry of Swiss audio pioneer Willi Studer. This latter effort by the four friends from Melbourne instantly garnered a Grammy nomination – and catapulted them onto the international stage. The harmony between them, their crazy love of soul and blues rock and the gifted voice of Josh combine to make The Teskey Brothers what they are.
