Released on Innervisions, the Dele Sosimi remix Too Much Information catapulted Laolu to fame. Born the son of a Nigerian father and a Swiss mother who met in a record store in Berlin and ran the club The Gallery in Nigeria, his choice of a musical career was pretty much given. Laolu plays the saxophone, discovered Detroit techno at the age of 18, bought a drum machine, moved to Geneva and joined forces there with Kadebostan. Ruff techno, heart-warming house and the ability to raise the energy level of the crowd to fever pitch at any club makes Laolu one of the most sought-after DJs from Berlin to Paris, Krakow to Tbilisi.
