You'll find everything you need to know for your festival visit right here.
Arrival & transport
Zermatt is car-free, so the most comfortable and environmentally friendly way to arrive is by train. Click here for connections. The Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn lays on an additional train from Zermatt to Visp/Brig each evening:
- Tue - Thu / 11:35 p.m.
- Fri & Sat / 12:45 a.m.
The price of your ticket does not include the mountain railways (but here you will find a special offer).
Wristband exchange
All tickets must be loaded to your personal wristband before you attend a concert or enter the festival grounds. You can do this at the following locations:
- Welcome Point: April 7, 2025 / 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Bahnhofplatz: April 8-12, 2025 / 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Taste Village entrance: April 8-12, 2025 / 10 a.m. - 2 a.m.

If you need info or additional tickets, please visit our Welcome Point opposite the Vernissage on Hofmattstrasse.
Opening times:
- April 5-7: 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- April 8: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- April 9-12: 11.30 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Zermatt Unplugged Boutique
Want to take a little piece of Zermatt Unplugged home with you? You'll find a wide range of unique souvenirs and mementos in our online shop and our Boutique on Hofmattstrasse.
Stock and decoration sale
New brand identity, new look – we're having a clear-out! But instead of throwing it all in the trash, we're having a stock and deco clearance sale: logos, pennants, signage, lanterns, vases, lamps and much more. All proceeds go to the Zermatt Unplugged Foundation.

- Where: At the village square in front of the Welcome Point

Gastronomy at the festival
Cozy chalets, taste stands and our Wine & Food Lounge at the Taste Village and inside the Foyer Marquee invite you to chill out and dig in to fantastic food. We strongly advise you to make a reservation if you plan to visit any of the restaurants.
