It's that undefinable raw energy that sets Gome apart from other DJ sets. The sound can best be described as honest, raw house enriched with elements of funk, disco and soul. As a live act, the duo from Hamburg plays with an all-hardware/no-computer setup. Gome have a knack of controlling a dance floor with precision and effortless, funky mechanics. They released the EP Home Skooling via the independent label Toy Tonics, a reminiscence of Munich's 70s and 80s string disco sound – hey, we're talking the likes of Donna Summer, Moroder, Faltermeyer, Boney M and Silver Connection.
