Hooked on new wave and synth pop as a teenager, Lea Lisa has retained this 80s spirit, a touch of Chicago-style acid house. She's a resident at the Folklor Club, a vinyl temple and the premiere address for underground electro in Lausanne. Of course, she also travels the world. She's an artist who can readily transform a three-hour set into a seven-hour, never-ending dancefloor journey. Her tracks often combine sensual vocals with analog elements. Her releases have been mixed by such house pioneers as Kerri Chandler and Glenn Underground.
