The Hamburg duo Mar Malade's songs carry you off on a little dreamy trip. Their style is nestled between pop, indie and folk: a little bit of melancholy, a little bit of nostalgia and the will to make the world around them spin and dance – and they do it brilliantly. Born in the coronavirus bubble, they now have over 350,000 listeners on Spotify and two albums under their belt. They sang in front of an audience of millions on Inas Nacht, a late-night show produced by a German public service broadcaster, and have already appeared on several Swiss concert stages.
