Leeds-based, jet-setting masters of production Bonar Bradberry and Tom Thorpe, aka PBR Streetgang, have been on the road together for twenty years, earning them an immensely loyal, dance-crazed fan base. It always brings a smile to the artists' faces when they look out into the crowd from the stage and spot familiar faces. PBR Streetgang are currently celebrating their anniversary with the new album PBR 20. What characterizes their music? "It's actually all disco," says Tom, by which he means a radical anything-goes eclecticism. Their tracks and sets have been about funk, psychedelic stimulation, booming bass and emotional depth from the get-go. Genre boundaries have always been regarded as irrelevant, merely there to be crossed.
