When the night just doesn't want to end, it's time for Philipp Fankhauser's Midnight Blues at the Alex Lounge. This is a host who creates encounters and has a great capacity to surprise. After more than thirty years on stage, the musician has built up an international network that is second to none. 16 of Fankhauser’s albums have reached the top 10 of the Swiss album charts – what better appreciation could there be for an artist who represents the blues in Switzerland like no other. He also retains the ability to surprise, as with his most recent album Let Life Flow (#1 in 2019) on which Philipp Fankhauser pays tribute to Hanery Amman and Lucia Dalla with Chasch mers gloube and Milano sung in Bernese German and Italian.
