It's with a subtlety of tone, a careful consideration of feelings and a well-crafted composition that a ballad conquers the heart. The British artist Rhodes is a master of this genre. The Londoner-by-choice took to the greatest stages his country had to offer in 2015, wowed with his debut album Wishes, and sang Let It All Go together with Birdy. Sam Smith and Hozier invited Rhodes to open their concerts, but the mainstream circus was not what this singer-songwriter was all about. So, changing labels, he set off on an acoustic journey across Europe. It's almost as if the "At Home With…" format at Zermatt Unplugged was created exclusively for Rhodes.
