We sit on the star dune and marvel at the night. We're gripped by a sweet dizziness. The psychedelic cosmofunk of Takeshi's Cashew, an instrumental band from Vienna, beams us into other dimensions. An intoxicating fusion of styles opens up the heavens to us: a well-ordered mélange. A visit to the Wunderkammer. Anatolian funk meets Krautrock, embraces Afrobeat, pounds Sufi rock with flutes, guitars and other percussion instruments. This is anarchistic. The opposite of radio-friendly. This music wraps itself around you from head to toe.
