The return of American soul musician Aloe Blacc to Zermatt sees the return of a friend with whom we share remarkable connections. Aloe, who traveled to the still young festival in 2012 as an international superstar with Good Things and I Need A Dollar, sparked disquiet after announcing his then upcoming chamber music concept, which actually went on to meet with nothing but enthusiasm, and proved that Aloe truly understood how to push artistic boundaries to the limit. Jump two years and he’s surfing on an unimaginable wave of success as co-author and voice of Avicii's Wake Me up! – and he’s back again at Zermatt Unplugged when, on the very day of his performance, he hits the #1 spot in the UK singles chart with The Man. Aloe Blacc is a musician who gives his all, on stage, for his audience. We’ll experience him again in 2022 when he performs new songs from his 2020 album All Love Everything in the highly intimate stage setting of The Alex.
