Ticket Refund Procedure



Refund for tickets «Print@Home/Mobile-Tickets»

Your tickets will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
If you have paid by credit card, PayPal, TWINT or Postfinance, the refund will be made to the same account.
If you have paid by invoice or online banking, please tell us your IBAN number by e-mail to info@ticketcorner.ch.

Refund for tickets «Delivery by post»
Please return the original tickets to the following address immediately:

After receipt of the tickets, the amount will be refunded to you. If you have paid by credit card, PayPal, TWINT or Postfinance, the refund will be made to the same account. If you have paid by invoice or online banking, please send us together with the tickets your IBAN-number.


Refund for tickets purchased on a «point of sale»
Please return the original tickets immediately to the same point of sale where the tickets were purchased.

  • All photos and graphics are protected by copyright. All rights, and in particular copyrights, remain with ZERMATT UNPLUGGED.
